Conduct repairs involving welding, painting, and other mechanical tasks to maintain the property's aesthetic and functional standards. Use tools to diagnostic equipment to identify faults in electrical circuits or mechanical components. Supervise or assist with larger maintenance projects Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Quore Collaborate with front desk staff and management to address guest service requests related to facilities or equipment issues swiftly. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork..
