Construction Resources is seeking a Countertop Installer to fabricate, deliver, and install stone and solid-surface countertops for residential and light commercial projects. You will read layouts, verify site conditions, safely operate fabrication and installation tools, and ensure precise, high-quality finishes that meet design specifications. Working closely with builders, designers, and homeowners, you'll provide professional, courteous service, resolve on-site issues, and uphold jobsite safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Install stone and solid-surface countertops to specified measurements and layouts. Read and interpret templates, drawings, and work orders for each project. Operate saws, grinders, polishers, and other tools safely and efficiently. Inspect materials and finished work for defects, accuracy, and quality standards. Coordinate with builders, designers, and homeowners during on-site installs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle, shop area, and jobsite. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures, including proper lifting and PPE. Load, transport, and unload countertop materials with care to prevent damage. Troubleshoot and resolve common field issues or fitment challenges on-site. Document work completed and communicate project status to supervisors.
