In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across residential, vacation rental, and commercial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike. Duties Conduct repairs and maintenance on basic home assets: fixing toilet issues, swapping out smoke detectors, installing keyless entry, fixing broken blinds, replacing garbage disposals, assembling furniture, repairing gate latches, replacing TV's, mounting TV's, swapping out smoke detector batteries, bring trash to the curb, unclogging drains, tidying up back yards, installing and replacing light and water fixtures, sheetrock repair, painting, and much more. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools for various repair tasks. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to follow documentation instructions on an app to track work, etc. Communicate effectively, clearly, and frequently with team members. Communicate professionally, with ease, with tourists in homes, as well as clients. Present yourself as clean and well-maintained in regards to appearance and smell at all times. Respond immediately to service calls.

Pay:

From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
