Job Description

This is a great opportunity to work with involved owner-managers. Must have all tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm 24 hr pager service (paid time and a half) Work at the direction of our Property Manager and Owners Communicate respectfully with tenants and property managers Complete work orders properly and in a timely fashion Maintain a clean working environment in the shop Learn new skills and earn new certifications Maintain high work ethic and solve problems learn and use new skills to improve the condition of the property Stems, faucets, manifolds, tub drain, diverters, in wall plumbing Complete cabinet, small sheetrock, and other carpentry repairs Complete make ready Qualification Apartment complex maintenance experience required Compensation Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Health Insurance Stipend available pending job offer.
