Part-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician (11am-3pm, 5 Days/Week) AmericInn by Wyndham Clear Lake is seeking a reliable, motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our property safe, functional, and welcoming for guests.

Schedule:

Part-time 11:00am - 3:00pm 5 days per week

Position Overview:

This role includes general maintenance duties throughout the hotel along with completing daily preventative maintenance (PMs) . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (light plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) Complete daily PM checklists and address minor issues proactively Assist with upkeep of hotel equipment and building systems Respond to maintenance requests from staff and guests Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support overall property operations as needed

Preferred Experience:

Basic knowledge of hotel pool and spa systems (testing chemicals, monitoring equipment, etc.) Previous maintenance or facilities experience is helpful but not required
