Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment on construction sites. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry, frame carpentry, or general construction work with a focus on outdoor projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction machinery safely. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, bending, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction site work and power tool operation. Prior experience with fence construction projects or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during installations.
