Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve industrial production equipment and facility systems.

This is a hands-on position consisting of approximately 70% electrical and 30% mechanical work. The technician will troubleshoot equipment with minimal supervision, perform preventive maintenance, support equipment upgrades, and help maintain a safe and reliable production environment. ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair industrial production equipment while minimizing downtime.

Troubleshoot machine control circuits, PLCs, sensors, switches, relays, fuses, and indicators.

Repair and maintain AC/DC motors, servo motors, stepper motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, grinders, and punch presses.

Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and electro-mechanical systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, diagrams, and machine documentation.

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.

Complete work orders accurately and document maintenance activities.

Work with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical experience.

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and machine control systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, including IEEE and IEC standards.

Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, relays, switches, and control circuits.
