+ Performs minor repairs relating to mechanical equipment, furniture, shelving, plumbing systems, duct work, etc. + as directed by immediate supervisor.

+ Assists in the inventory maintenance of parts and materials stock.

+ Assists in the training and inspection of the work of subordinates as directed by supervisor.

+ May perform electrical work, welding, carpentry and other trade work.

+ Higher Secondary Education and 8 Years commercial maintenance & repair experience preferred

+ Basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is $53000 to $64000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country.
