Fluent Description We are seeking a dependable, experienced Lead Sign Installer and Repairer . This is a great opportunity to utilize your experience and skills to support us in delivering exceptional customer service to our Malik Lighting & Signs Inc. customers.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the Installation and Repair of a Customer's electrical Sign, Pricing boards and letters, light fixtures, pole lights, cooler lights, and outdoor lights

• Some of the duties are: The Lead takes before and after photos, measurements, and notes and uploads them to Jobber - The Lead looks for other opportunities for more business by looking around to see if there is any other work that can be brought to the Customer's attention The Lead adds these other opportunities in Jobber The Lead calls the office to see if a Quote can be prepared immediately The Lead is an Independent Contractor Checks In and Out on Jobber and Jibble Takes before and after photos and uploads to Jobber Completes 6 Sigma Quality Checklist Obtains the site Manager's approval and payment Signs the Work Order to indicate it is completed • Effectively work with other staff and technicians and be a valued team member.

• Resolves customers' issues professionally, quickly, and clearly Qualifications We are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Some college preferred. 3-5 years of experience in the installation and repair of Price Signs, lighting, and pole lighting, and have electrical knowledge and experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English is required. Total fluency in Spanish, English, and Arabic is desirable. Effective multi-lingual verbal & written communication skills. Have computer system skills; experience with the Jobber, Jibble, and Expensify systems is a plus. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge and experience in the gas station industry are a plus. This position is for an independent contractor Skills Preferred We are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent required.
