• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Perform ma We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and functionality of our facilities. The Maintenance Person will perform a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and upkeep of 197 housing units.

• Responsibilities:

• Follow IHA standard operating processes and procedures Perform various maintenance functions including but not limited to: painting, caulking, lock repairs, window/door repairs, appliance repairs, preventative maintenance, and changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc.

Complete unit make readies utilizing IHA maintenance checklist in a timely fashion. This includes but not limited to painting, caulking, cleaning the flooring, as well as performing duties to get the units ready for new tenants, etc. Service Requests

• complete residents service requests during regular work hour and on call works (after hours).

• Qualifications:

• Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to learn IHA computer software for maintenance and use an iPAD for tracking is a plus
