JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fairview Mills is hiring a qualified maintenance candidate for the day shift at our 187 Feed Mill located West of Seneca, Ks .
• Responsible for the support of production lines, equipment, and the facility.
• Must be able to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair operating equipment during production and breakdowns.
• Work with others to achieve objectives of safety, productivity, quality, and more.
• Assist with root cause analysis to identify reasons for failures and breakdowns.
• Review electrical and pneumatic schematics during troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance project work.
• Review equipment instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives, equipment, substitution of material or parts, etc. . Electrical and Welding experience preferred.
• Accurately and fully complete all regulatory and compliance related documentation and procedures.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in maintenance or associated work is a plus
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance shop equipment
• Ability to bend, climb, crawl, work in confined spaces, work in hazardous condition spaces, work in extreme weather conditions, use hazardous materials, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must also be able to work with heights.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task as you work in a fast-paced environment to keep our company operational
• Good organizational skills as you ensure that you have sufficient supplies to handle routine maintenance tasks and can quickly get other supplies as needed to reduce downtime.
• Wage will be determined based on experience in this specific field
