Overview We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain pools and oversee cleaning quality for our short-term rental properties in the Stanton and Red River Gorge area. This role is a mix of: Pool maintenance Property quality checks Cleaning audits Light restocking and support tasks Perfect for someone who is reliable, observant, organized, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Pool Maintenance Skim pools and remove debris Check water clarity and cleanliness Test and balance pool chemicals Clean filters and equipment when necessary Report maintenance issues quickly Keep pool areas guest-ready at all times Cleaning Audits / Property Checks Inspect properties after cleaners finish Ensure cleaning meets company standards Verify linens, towels, and supplies are stocked properly Check for damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns Take before/after photos and upload reports Help maintain consistent 5-star guest experiences Additional Tasks Occasionally assist with light cleaning or touch-ups Restock supplies at properties Help organize storage inventory Communicate with management regarding urgent issues Qualifications Reliable transportation required Comfortable driving between properties Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Must be dependable and responsive Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed Experience with pools, cleaning, Airbnb, hotels, or property management is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person Preferred Traits Proactive problem solver Trustworthy and organized Takes pride in keeping properties guest-ready Comfortable using smartphone apps for photos and communication Able to notice small details others miss Pay Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for additional hours and growth as we expand Schedule Flexible scheduling Most work occurs between 10AM-5PM Weekend availability is highly preferred during busy season To apply, please send: Your work experience Availability Whether you have pool maintenance experience A short introduction about yourself We're looking for someone dependable who genuinely cares about quality and helping us maintain excellent guest experiences across our properties.
