Job Description
Job Overview Stellar Pool Services is hiring dependable, hard-working seasonal technicians/helpers for our busy fall pool-closing season. This is a full-time seasonal position with immediate work available through our peak fall season. Top-performing employees may have an opportunity for continued employment based on performance and available year-round positions. Duties Assist experienced Lead Technicians with residential pool closings and winterizations Help with weekly pool maintenance as needed Handle pool covers, equipment, hoses, tools and winterization supplies Follow instructions from Lead Technicians and work efficiently as part of a crew Work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks Travel between customer homes with your assigned crew Requirements Dependable attendance and punctuality are extremely important Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow directions and work well on a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather Able to perform physical work and lift/carry pool equipment and supplies Valid driver's license preferred Pool experience is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person
