Complete apartment and common-area repairs from written work orders Troubleshoot basic home issues and make practical fixes Perform light carpentry, appliance checks, and minor replacements Document completed work and communicate status with the leasing office Participate in infrequent emergency call-outs when needed Required skills/qualifications: Comfort with basic home repair and problem-solving Some carpentry experience Familiarity with household appliances and simple troubleshooting Reliable attendance and a steady, safety-minded approach Pay is $19.50/hour, Monday-Friday day shift. to put your skills to work.
