What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in maintenance, hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or a related field preferred . Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while also being a dependable team member. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to safely use common hand and power tools. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
