Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliance malfunctions, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct troubleshooting for complex issues involving air conditioning, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration), and mechanical systems repair. Operate company vehicles to transport tools, parts, or equipment to various job sites as needed. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records for all repairs and installations. Collaborate with team members to lead small maintenance projects or assist in larger construction or renovation efforts. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician with strong appliance repair skills and mechanical knowledge. Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints related to HVAC/R systems and mechanical equipment. Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration maintenance, kitchen equipment servicing, and appliance installation. Knowledge of maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices within industrial or commercial environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely in various conditions. Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
