Job description Westands out as being ranked # 1 in the country in AFH. We are looking to hire an extremely organized, sincere and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Essential Job Functions Include:

Complete maintenance requests in a timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents. Keep the property clean and well-maintained. Perform basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, and appliance repairs. Make sure apartments are clean and move-in ready. Keep tools and work areas clean and organized. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Electrical Painting Drywall Bilingual Speaking. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team. Provide excellent customer service with every interaction Must have reliable transportation. Must have 2 years experience.
