We are seeking a reliable and hardworking laborer/technician to join our swimming pool construction and service company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction and maintenance tasks related to building and servicing swimming pools. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport materials to and from the job site. Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as pool cleaning and winterizations. Set up and clean work areas, ensuring tools and materials are organized and accessible. Assist with the installation and repair of pool pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment. Operate construction tools and equipment as required, including jackhammers, drills, and power tools. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any damage or malfunctions. Perform general labor duties as assigned by the construction crew supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable with manual labor and lifting heavy materials. Basic understanding of construction and plumbing tools and equipment. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more). Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.

Pay:
