$28•31 per hour Direct Hire•Full Benefits Position Overview Kelly is seeking a reliable and skilled 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hayesville, OH. In this direct-hire role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. This position offers full benefits and the opportunity to work with a valued manufacturing leader in the printing and thermoforming industry. Essential Job Responsibilities Read work orders and specifications to determine equipment and machinery requiring repair or maintenance. Prioritize assignments based on urgency and operational needs. Assist with the installation of new machinery as needed. Follow all safety protocols and take strong caution around press machinery. Demonstrate proper machine usage and safety procedures to newer employees. Perform preventive maintenance on all production equipment. Complete additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous mechanical and electrical experience in the printing and/or thermoforming industry preferred. Tow motor (forklift) experience preferred. Ability to pass the Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test.
