Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Garage Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude. In this role, you will install, service, and repair a wide range of garage door systems, ensuring safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install garage door systems, including tracks, springs, openers, and related components. Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Repair or replace worn or damaged parts such as springs, cables, rollers, and sensors. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while on-site. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience as a garage door technician or in a related mechanical field is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
