Your responsibilities include:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats Explain services, pricing, and scheduling Book appointments + dispatch technicians Track technician progress Resolve concerns with clarity and empathy Maintain accurate CRM + Google Sheets records Make confirmation and follow-up calls Support daily workflow + strong team communication Are You a Good Fit? You'll do great here if you bring: Strong communication + people skills, google Sheets / data entry proficiency, ability to multitask accurately, reliability, punctuality, problem-solving mindset, comfort with outbound calling, bilingual skills (optional), customer service or call center experience (preferred, not required) What Work Schedule Is Required? In-office, full-time daytime hours, some flexibility during peak demand is required.
