Industrial Maintenance - Commerce, OK Availability and Schedule While your primary hours are set for Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, you must also remain available for 24/7 on-call rotations to address urgent maintenance requirements whenever they arise. Core Responsibilities Execute standard upkeep duties including the repair of various systems, machinery, and equipment. Perform proactive inspections to detect and fix potential problems before they escalate. Address maintenance tickets submitted by different areas of the facility. Create and mount components as the situation demands. Leverage CMMS platforms to monitor active work orders and maintain detailed repair logs. Work alongside cross-functional teams to help maintain seamless facility performance and support overall operational success. Required Competencies Skilled in the fabrication and mounting of parts through the use of specialized tools. Demonstrated history of using CMMS applications to manage documentation and track maintenance tasks. Advanced analytical abilities to troubleshoot and rectify technical malfunctions. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal staff and outside vendors.
