Job Summary We are hiring for the role of Maintenance Technician. We have both part time and full time positions available. Those who thrive here are self-led and solutions-oriented. They're skilled in general home maintenance and repairs, with the ability to troubleshoot and fix a wide range of home systems. What You Will Do Perform routine maintenance : Perform repairs such as replacing fixtures, tightening hardware, patching drywall, caulking, and servicing common home systems. Diagnose and repair issues : Diagnose common home issues. Use sound judgment and technical skill to recommend and carry out repairs. Conduct property inspections : Identify and address potential problems before they become larger issues.

Deliver exceptional customer service:
