Duties & Responsibilities :

Respond and attend to repair requests. Perform routine preventive maintenance. Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs. Other duties as needed in the facilities department such as snow removal Job Qualifications 3 - 5 years of maintenance technician experience Strong plumbing experience Electrical, mechanical, HVAC knowledge Valid Driver's License required Ability to multi-task and meet required deadlines. Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude. Strong guest service skills CMMS Knowledge and Experience Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30am - 4:15pm 8-hour shifts, plus on-call rotation.
