We're looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to assist with hot tub and pool cleaning, along with light property maintenance at vacation rental homes. This flexible, part-time role is perfect for a retiree or anyone looking for steady, independent work outdoors. While experience is helpful, we will train the right person. You'll be traveling between properties, so a reliable vehicle is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize hot tubs after check-out Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine/bromine, pH levels) Perform small maintenance tasks such as:

• Replacing light bulbs or batteries
• Minor touch-ups or handyman repairs
• Checking , Cleaning grills and swapping propane tanks
• Tightening loose fixtures or hardware
• Light Plumbing
• Furniture Assembly Deliver supplies or materials to cleaners and technicians as needed Keep service logs and report any major issues Maintain communication with team members and managers

Requirements :

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and stick to a schedule Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs General mechanical or handyman skills a plus Must have own hand tools. Hot tub tools will be provided Pool/hot tub experience is helpful but not required Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are key Occasional weekend/holiday availability may be required
