Entry-Level Fireplace Installer/Technician -

Job Responsibilities Learn to install, service, and maintain high-end fireplace products Work directly with retail customers in their homes and in our showroom Assist with warehouse operations, building maintenance, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

Physical & Technical Skills Comfortable working at heights (e.g., rooftops) Capable of heavy lifting and manual labor Able to read and follow technical installation manuals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior construction or mechanical experience is helpful but not required Relevant skills may include: carpentry, gas plumbing, electrical work, metal fabrication, finish work Reliability & Compliance Must be dependable and punctual Valid driver's license (required) Pre-employment screenings Full driving record Drug screening Criminal background check Work Environment 100% smoke-free during work hours Overtime required during peak season Saturday availability may be necessary Benefits Eligible full-time employees receive: IRA with matching contributions Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Additional Details 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday Some Saturdays required Biweekly pay Open to applicants without a college degree On-the-job training provided No remote work
