Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Knowledge of pools would be helpful
• HVAC knowledge

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrician
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
• Knowledge of boiler operations and maintenance is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
