THIS POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO HAVE A VEHICLE MUST HAVE HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Duties

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities using property PMS system
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Preventative maintenance in guest rooms and maintaining accurate records
• Ensure all life safety items are up to date and schedule inspections as needed Assist with houseman duties as needed Qualifications
• Proven experience in hotel maintenance and repair work
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge in Dormakoba lock system
• Pool maintenance/cleaning and record keeping is
