Maintenance Manager Job Purpose and Summary:

Arrow Fabricated Tubing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial fabrication machinery, tube processing equipment, and manufacturing assets.

Assist in the upkeep and basic troubleshooting of manufacturing facility infrastructure, electrical setups, and manufacturing machinery.

Controls downtime by informing production staff of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance

Utilize the Plex system to log work orders, track routine tasks, and maintain accurate machinery history records.

Strictly follow all equipment protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and comply with facility safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related manufacturing experience
  • Electrical, hydraulic and technical experience
  • Mechanical troubleshooting Safety knowledge of equipment and environment
    Knowledge and use of Power Tools
    Ability to communicate effectively with production team and management
    Good attitude, attendance, and performance are required and will be monitored and reviewed.
  • Ability to make effective decisions, seek to find solutions to problems, work independently
  • Ability to act and think analytically
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand or walk for extended periods
