Job Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping to keep the building and grounds maintained. You will primarily support the Maintenance Manager by helping with a variety of maintenance tasks.

Reporting:

The Maintenance Tech reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist Maintenance Manager with machine and equipment repairs. Minor to Moderate building repairs that include but are not limited to light construction, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, moving equipment, disassembling/reassembling equipment, etc. Maintain grounds around the building by mowing, treating weeds, and cleaning. Cleaning on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 year experience. Experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks. Able to perform physical tasks (lifting, climbing, standing, bending). Diligently attend to details and pursue quality in accomplishing tasks. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-driven. Proactively promotes safety. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.

Measures of Success:

Maintenance Manager is well supported. Building and grounds are well maintained.

Hours:

Monday•Friday / 7:00 a.m•4:00 p.m. (Occasional overtime).
