seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operations across our healthcare, housing, and social service locations. In this role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life-safety equipment. You will respond to work orders, conduct routine inspections, and ensure facilities meet safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards. Working in a faith-inspired, client-focused environment, you'll collaborate with program staff to minimize disruptions to care while maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for clients, families, and employees. Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds across LSS healthcare and residential sites Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues or coordinate vendors as needed Complete work orders, inspections, and safety checks in a timely, code-compliant manner Maintain clean, safe, trauma-informed environments for clients, staff, and visitors Support emergency response, on-call coverage, and after-hours facility issues Collaborate with program staff and leadership to prioritize repairs with minimal disruption to services Monitor and document maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and infection-control requirements in healthcare and housing settings Required Skills Building maintenance HVAC maintenance and repair Basic electrical systems Basic plumbing systems Preventive maintenance scheduling Troubleshooting and diagnostics Use of power and hand tools Reading blueprints and technical manuals Work order and CMMS systems Safety and OSHA compliance
