Pay:

Competitive pay:
$30 to $35/hour based on experience. What You'll Own Reading and interpreting prints and blueprints without needing to be walked through them Running, terminating, and testing structured cabling for access control and security systems Installing, programming, and troubleshooting access control hardware (readers, controllers, locks, panels) Leading job sites independently and holding the crew to our standard Communicating directly with company management, on site management, and clients, representing us well in every room you walk into Handling confidentiality and professionalism on sensitive government, financial, and law enforcement sites What You Bring 2+ years of hands on experience in low voltage cabling and/or access control systems Strong print reading skills Working knowledge of access control installation, wiring, and basic programming Confidence communicating with management, clients, and on site personnel, this role is client facing, not just technical Florida state low voltage license preferred Ability to pass a background check (required for government, bank, and law enforcement sites) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites Basic tools required Next Step If you're ready to stop just clocking hours and start building something, we want to hear from you.
