We are currently seeking experienced Cable Installation Technicians to join our field operations team. As a vital part of our service network, you'll perform residential and commercial cable and fiber installations, ensuring every customer receives top-quality service and reliable connectivity.

Position type:

1099 Contract. On-the-road, flexible days off (we offer routing 5-6 days per week).

Sign on bonus Weekly direct deposit (with a 3-week hold). Pay range depends on experience and job volume. You may also join the travel techs crew — per diem available for extended travel. Performance-based incentives and opportunities for advancement. Referral bonuses for bringing qualified technicians. Please, note: This position requires a background check and a drug test. This position requires work authorization and a valid DL.

Requirements:

Minimun 1 year of experience in coax/fiber installation Strong understanding of installation standards, signal testing, and customer setup. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in attics, basements, and crawlspaces. Must have your own professional tool set and mobile phone as outlined in the company's required equipment checklist. Having your own white minivan or pickup truck with a ladder rack is a plus — if not, we can connect you with partner companies that offer vehicle and ladder leasing options. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Commitment to following safety protocols and company standards. We proudly celebrate diversity and work with multicultural crews, but English proficiency (B2 or higher) is required for effective communication and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential fiber internet services Perform FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) installations and customer setupsInstall and configure ONTs, routers, modems, and networking equipment Perform fiber testing, signal verification, and quality checksRun fiber/coax cable inside and outside residential properties Complete installations according to company and customer standards Troubleshoot service issues and ensure customer satisfaction Complete required documentation, photos, and job reports through company systems Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Why Join Us?
