3-5 years of experience in producing RF coaxial cable assemblies (required).
IPC-620, J-Std-001 certifications a big plus.
Experience with soldering, Schleuniger strip equipment & RF VNA testing.
Experience with quality measurement tools; drop indicator, caliper, micrometer, etc.
DIMENSIONS
A successful candidate is a self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and quality standards is critical to job/team success
Receives direct work direction from Manager
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
RF / Coax cable assembly - hand solder, stripping, crimping, heat shrink, etc.
Work alongside other cable assemblers in all work cells to meet production needs, wire stripping, tin dipping, soldering, crimping & labelling, testing, etc.
Utilize assembly tools / fixtures such as arbor presses and captivation equipment.
Read, interpret, and follow basic drawings, diagrams, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures.
Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility.
Required to be able to read documents and computer screens.
Occasional exposure to shipping and receiving elements such as dust, and noise.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
