We are seeking reliable and motivated Cable Installation Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting cable, internet, and telecommunications systems for residential and commercial customers. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Install cable, internet, and related telecommunications equipment at customer locations Perform service upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting of existing systems Run and secure cable lines, including aerial and underground installations Operate installation tools and equipment safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets company quality standards and industry regulations Educate customers on system use and answer basic service questions Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and materials used Work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cable installation, telecommunications, or a related field preferred Ability to work with hand tools, ladders, and basic testing equipment Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Climb ladders and poles Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
