We are hiring experienced, hands-on technicians to install the physical infrastructure our customers depend on: structured cabling, racks, wireless access points, cameras, access control, and point-to-point wireless systems. It not only needs to work, it needs to look like the job was completed by a skilled professional. Before drilling, routing cable, or mounting a device, we expect you to think about function, serviceability, and appearance. A finished installation should have clean racks, deliberate cable paths, accurate labels, level and discreet mounts, and no avoidable damage. You will work with a highly skilled team, solve difficult physical installation problems, and take ownership of the quality of your work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Review scopes, drawings, device locations, rack elevations, and materials before work begins. Install pathways, racks, cabinets, patch panels, cable management, and network equipment; pull, terminate, label, test, and troubleshoot cabling. Install and physically connect wireless access points, cameras, physical access-control components, and point-to-point wireless equipment; configure and commission supported security systems within assigned authority. Test performance and operation, solve field installation challenges, and coordinate technical or scope questions with the project lead or engineer. Protect customer property, leave clean worksites, and document time, materials, photos, test results, and outstanding work. Network architecture and advanced network configuration are handled by the appropriate technical resources. This role centers on skilled physical installation and supported system commissioning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
At least two years of relevant low-voltage, structured cabling, physical security, or technology installation experience -OR- equivalent demonstrated ability. Hands-on skill with structured copper cabling and installation of network equipment, wireless access points, and IP cameras. Working knowledge of Ethernet, PoE, IP addressing, switches, and connected devices sufficient to install and physically troubleshoot them. Ability to read plans and installation instructions, use hand and power tools and test equipment, work independently, and communicate professionally. A strong record of neat, thoughtful, visually appealing and accurate work Especially helpful: access-control commissioning, fiber testing or termination, point-to-point wireless, relevant manufacturer or BICSI training, and applicable security-system credentials.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, crouching, climbing ladders, using hand tools, and lifting/carrying equipment and packages weighing 50+ lbs. Ability to occasionally work outdoors, above ceilings, or in non-climate-controlled spaces At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements Professional conduct and discretion when working at customer locations
SCHEDULE
The preferred regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Important:
Evening, weekend, and holiday work is often required when business are closed and networks can be serviced. When odd hours are required, we provide flexibility during the week to aim for a 40-hour workweek. Overtime is occasional but may be required. PAY Starts at $25.00 per hour, but may be higher depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
