In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional support across departments. Little to no experience is okay. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and organizing documents using productivity software such as Google Office, Microsoft Office and spreadsheets Support bookkeeping activities by utilizing QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping Oversee supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the office environment remains organized and welcoming Handle clerical tasks including word processing, typing correspondence, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems with high efficiency Requirements Bilingual (Spanish) is a requirement A valid Driver License is required Willing to handle parts that may have diesel or grease on them
