We are currently looking looking to fill a night shift position, with the possibility of transitioning to other shifts in the future.
Key responsibilities:
Perform thorough preventive maintenance and inspections of equipment to identify and correct issues that will increase uptime of customers equipment. Replace defective or worn components. Perform testing of hydraulic components. Complete inspections forms and work orders to document work performed. Work in a safe manner and follow company safety procedures.
Ideal candidates:
The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. You should be able to work in a team environment and take direction from supervision and lead technician.
Required qualifications / skills:
A minimum of 3 years of diesel technician experience. Technical school training is desired. Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics. Read technical manuals and drawings. Have basic computer skills and the ability to use diagnostic equipment. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Must pass a background check.
