Job Description

Full-Time Diesel Mechanic Location:

Micanopy, FL We are looking for an experienced, dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks and trailers. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic/computer scan tools Perform troubleshooting and repairs efficiently Complete brake jobs, tire replacements, and other general mechanical repairs Perform transmission repairs as needed Work on multiple repair jobs while maintaining quality and attention to detail Keep work area clean and follow all shop safety procedures Work effectively with other team members Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of diesel mechanic experience Experience using diagnostic/computer scan equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple repairs Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch break Overtime and after-hours work available with additional pay Pay Compensation will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
