Job Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and complete repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and equipment Inspect and repair diesel engines, suspension systems, clutches, Allison transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulic systems, steering systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, HVAC, and air brake systems Perform assigned work duties in a safe and efficient manner Properly diagnose driver complaints and equipment issues Identify root causes of part and component failures Maintain a clean and professional work environment including tools and equipment Perform welding repairs as needed Maintain Minnesota Inspection Certification or willingness to obtain certification Must have tools necessary to perform job duties Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of diesel engine repair experience Minimum of 2 years of mechanical knowledge or related experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have personal tools required to perform job duties

Work Environment:

Ability to work in a garage or workshop environment, with exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and various weather conditions. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks. How to
