Job Description

Beelman Ready Mix is currently seeking a full-time experienced diesel and plant mechanic to our join our team at our Mt. Vernon location. CDL license preferred. Job Duties

Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and manuals
General maintenance and repair of all production facilities and Ready-Mix equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks.
Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors to diagnose issues and explain repairs
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and shop protocols Job Requirements
Must possess own tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
Comprehensive understanding of Class 8 equipment in relation to DOT regulations and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
CDL w/ air brakes preferred Benefits
