We're looking for a skilled technician who knows their way around diesel engines, takes pride in accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, and wants a shop where there is consistent opportunity to work, produce, and earn. As a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership, our team regularly services Ram trucks and Cummins diesel-powered vehicles, making this an excellent opportunity for a technician with diesel experience who wants to put those skills to work. Ram, Cummins, CDJR, or Stellantis experience is a major plus! What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, service, and repair diesel-powered vehicles Perform engine, fuel system, emissions, electrical, drivetrain, and related repairs Diagnose check-engine lights, drivability concerns, and electrical issues Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services Complete vehicle inspections and accurately identify needed repairs Utilize diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and manufacturer resources Document findings and completed repairs accurately Work closely with Service Advisors and Parts personnel to keep repairs moving efficiently Complete repairs safely and according to manufacturer and dealership standards What We're Looking For Previous professional automotive or diesel technician experience required Strong diesel diagnostic and repair abilities Ram/Cummins and CDJR experience strongly preferred Chrysler/Stellantis certifications are a plus ASE certifications are a plus Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills Ability to accurately diagnose concerns—not simply replace parts Ability to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, productive, and team-oriented Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Why St. Charles CDJR?
