MECHANICS

for our

SILVIS, IL

facility! As a Mechanic at NRE, you will be repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining locomotives and engines. All repairs at NRE are performed in accordance with FRA, industry and company specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diesel mechanic experience and/or Diesel mechanic diploma Experience reading blueprints and schematics. Work in a shop environment and outside in all weather conditions. Occasionally work in confined spaces and at elevated heights Frequent stooping, lifting, kneeling, bending, crouching and climbing
