$5K BONUS discussed at interview time. This position pays up to $36/hr. PLUS monthly bonuses! Position is Monday-Friday (day shift) with rotation for after hours on lot repairs. No emergency roadside. Minimum 2 hours payout for going on an afterhours call. Mobile Diesel Technician This is FleetPride's technician who will be able to work on most heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs. This person will be primarily preforming dedicated lot repairs in a designated company vehicle. You will be able to take this vehicle home nightly. Your home shop will be in Wichita and you will need to be willing to go to the shop when needed, using the company truck. You will also be given a company phone.

Good communication skills with the service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress. Ability to provide your own tools and box. Valid DL with good driving record. CDL is a plus, but not required. Someone who is driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service. Skillful in preventative maintenance, air systems, electrical diagnosis and repairs, starting systems, brakes, wheel ends, coolant systems, some AC diagnostics and repairs, some steering and alignment issues, drivetrain diagnostics and repairs, removing and replacing differentials, after treatment systems, misc. trailer repairs and MORE.
