Job Description

Real Mechanics Don't Guess. They Diagnose. What You're Looking For You're looking for more than a job changing oil and replacing parts—you want a role that challenges your skills, keeps you learning, and gives you the satisfaction of solving real problems. You're looking for a shop where no two days are the same. A place where you might diagnose an electrical issue on a semi one day, repair a combine during harvest the next, troubleshoot hydraulics on a tractor, fabricate a custom solution, or bring critical equipment back to life when it matters most. You're looking for variety, independence, and the opportunity to use your knowledge and craftsmanship every day. Whether you're a recent diesel graduate eager to build your skills or a seasoned Class A Diesel Mechanic who can independently diagnose and repair complex diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse fleet of trucks, trailers, tractors, combines, skid loaders, and other equipment that keeps our operation moving. You enjoy tackling challenges, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to see the direct impact of your work every day. What We're Looking For We're open to mechanics at a variety of experience levels —from recent diesel graduates with a strong work ethic, to seasoned Class A Mechanics. While our ideal candidate is an experienced mechanic who can independently diagnose and repair complex systems, we're willing to invest in someone with the right attitude, aptitude, and desire to become one.
