Job Description
Trust T Trucking is looking for a dependable, motivated Shop Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team. If you enjoy working on heavy-duty trucks, solving mechanical problems, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on semi-trucks, trailers, and equipment. Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems. Complete inspections and ensure DOT compliance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform quality repairs. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime. Qualifications Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers preferred. Basic knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. CDL preferred but not required. Must have your own basic hand tools. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Overtime opportunities.
