Diverse Work:

What You'll Do Diagnose & Repair:
Troubleshoot and fix complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diesel trucks and fleet equipment.
Preventative Maintenance:
Keep vehicles in top shape with routine maintenance, inspections, and quality repairs.
Modern Tech:
Maintain clear, organized records of your work and track repairs using Fullbay (our shop management software).
Team Collaboration:
Partner with your fellow techs and coordinators to keep the shop running smoothly and finish jobs on time. What You Need to
Bring Experience:
5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in the diesel truck repair industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic tools.
Software Savvy:
Comfort navigating diagnostic tools and industry-specific shop software.
Mindset:
A positive, growth-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn as part of a rapidly growing team.
Pay:
$28.00 - $42.00 per hour
