Lincoln Tech, in partnership with NJ Transit, is looking for experienced diesel, fleet, heavy equipment, and HVAC professionals who want to put their knowledge to work in a new way. No desk job. No sales. No management ladder required. Just real-world troubleshooting, coaching, and helping build one of the nation's largest transit workforces. What You'll Be Teaching Diesel engines & powertrain systems Electrical & electronic diagnostics Brake, suspension & chassis systems HVAC and fleet maintenance fundamentals Real-world troubleshooting techniques You're a Fit If You Have ✅ 5+ years working on diesel, fleet, bus, truck, transit, or heavy equipment ✅ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills ✅ Experience diagnosing complete vehicle systems—not just replacing parts ⭐

ASE, CDL, EPA 608/609, HVAC
