Job Description

Brightview Senior Living, a leader in independent living, assisted living, and memory care, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Facilities & Maintenance department. In this role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on building systems, resident apartments, and common areas to ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems, and supporting vendor visits.
