You focus on diagnosing and fixing equipment. What You'll Be Doing Heavy-duty diesel repair & maintenance Light-duty fleet service PMs, diagnostics, DOT inspections Trailer repair and specialty equipment What Makes This Role Different Take-home company truck (within service area) No parts ordering No invoicing No chasing approvals Steady fleet work in customer yards What We're Looking For Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts changers) Able to manage time without someone looking over your shoulder Comfortable moving between jobs and adjusting when priorities shift Communicates when something isn't right instead of guessing Entry-level candidates will be considered if they bring work ethic, awareness, and a willingness to learn.
