Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, tractors, trailers, and related fleet equipment. Perform minor and major truck and trailer repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety checks. Diagnose and service diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, and related truck systems. Use engine diagnostic software and troubleshooting procedures to identify issues and confirm repairs. Perform roadside service calls as needed and support daily fleet maintenance priorities. Maintain accurate repair records, keep the work area clean and organized, and follow safe shop practices.

Requirements Required:

Hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic or diesel technician working on trucks, trailers, or similar fleet equipment. Strong working knowledge of diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, and diagnostic tools. Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently in a fast-paced fleet environment. Valid driver's license required. Must provide basic personal hand tools larger and specialty tools are provided. Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.

Preferred:

Class A CDL preferred but not required. #PJ1

Compensation:

$25.00 - $28.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications Weekly pay with overtime after 40 hours/week $1,000 sign-on bonus Employee referral program and employee discounts
